Hello and welcome to my website. I am THIPPESWAMY S B, a Development Officer (SBA – Senior Business Associate) associated with LIC of India for the past 15 years.

As you may already be aware, LIC is India’s oldest and largest life insurance company. I recruit and train individuals to build a successful career in the insurance agency business. Over the last 15 years, I have mentored more than 400+ agents as a part of my team.

I strongly believe that “Success is the sum of small but consistent efforts every day,” and hence, I conduct regular training to upgrade my team’s morale as well as knowledge.
